Clutch Performance strives to be as flexible as possible when it comes to scheduling and/or cancelling appointments at the facility.

At this time, we require you to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will receive a credit for the amount paid. A code for the credit will be emailed to you and this credit code can be applied to any future appointment. It will expire after 12 months.
